The automated phone system was very difficult to get out of and it took me calling several times to reach an actual human being. If it wasn’t for this the experience would have been excellent.

She was able to help me figure out who to contact for assistance (which was not actually BSI but my previous lender). She also reached out later to clarify details and to ensure that I had been able to resolve the problem with them. Very friendly...
