There needs to be Options available. Telling me that you can’t help me, and then when I ask for A supervisor and gets told it’s a 40 minute wait, and I never received a follow up is unacceptable. I have witnessed dozens of other loan companies...

She was American and spoke English so I could understand her. Most of the representatives have such a heavy accent I can't understand them.

The automated messaging is unhelpful, personal is untrained and have no understanding of my problem, I kept getting sent back and forth between the same two departments because no one could help me, when I am transferred to another department...
