Takes 48 hours to get a credit for a wire and 30 - 90 days to process the "Recast" request which is just absurd.

I have called BSI financial three times. I assume Erika was my rep on 6/13. She was sure she knew what question I was asking and was determined to answer the wrong question—then tried to shut me down when I attempted to rephrase it. Unpleasant....
