Perhaps let people know that bills were mailed out late before that person has to call you in order to find out. Very frustrating…the billing is getting sent out later and later. I used to receive them by the 8th of the month. As stated previously,...

Calling customer service trying to get to the correct person is almost always impossible. I get sent to another department every time. At least twice while calling customer service I get a gentleman who does not speak clearly on the phone....
