Elizabeth said she was emailing me a spreadsheet on all escrow payments. I never received anything. I was also told that she would have supervisor call me. No one has called me. I would like a running balance of escrow from start of loan. Help...

I believe Yoranne did what she was trained to do, but she did not look at my escrow analysis. There is an error on there that she said she would refer to someone else to resolve who would contact me. I have not been contacted yet.
