I need more People in spanish

It was great with Mauricio, he understood my question and had an answer within a few min. However the 5 previous calls I made with the same concern, they couldnt comprehend my concern or question. Gave me the run around, or the I dont know...

Thanks you very much very good job

My request was solved within the 24Hrs.

I made a previous call and the guy left me on hold, I called back and spoke with Tamara. She made the necessary notation on my account and told me to have a great holiday. Quick and simple.

She knew exactly what I needed and was able to look at my account notes to see what was going on. She was extremely personable and the whole call was taken care of in a matter of minutes. She would make a great team educator.

Tamar was great to talk with. She was patient with me and explained everything very well. The call was painless.
