He was very informative and understanding of the situation. He was also very patient and was very willing and open to help. He was probably the most patient one I have spoken woth from BSI. Normally customer service hasnt been a strong point...

You need to provide more details for customer accounts and more guidance. Everything seems scripted. I know for sure the accounts are not accurate and there are some issues.
