I don't understand how the escrows was not figure right. You are the one handing it.

Wonderful customer service

Not posting my payment in a timely manner when you had the information several days in advance (letter stating could not find my account) then try to charge me a late fee. very poor business practice in my opinion.

For my request from June 17th to be complied with: Please give me documentation of all that has occurred with my account, so I can file a dispute with the credit agencies. That's what I asked for, and there's been absolutely no follow up.

Nice quick and handled professionally

When I call I would expect not to be hung up on like Maricio did to me. I have had bad experiences with BSI more often then not to resolve my current issue. I have explained the issue to multiple people with little help.
