BSI seems like a good company. I was unhappy that I had to set up the new automated payments ( my bank sold the mortgage). I had to wait for over a month, and instructions were a bit confusing. I don't know why my bank and BSI couldn't work...

She was very professional. However, the continued increase of property taxes and home insurance is killing me, especially since I am on a fixed income.

I shouldn't have to be dealing with this issue (the fact BSI's "bank" can't accept electronic mortgage payments from my bank), and I've had to deal with it for two payment cycles. Barrios indicated this may not be resolved until lat this year...
