This my second contact with BSI. I feel the transfer of my mortgage could have gone better. I sum it up as "it is what it is."It could have gone better if the online set up had instructions to be under the first person listed on the mortgage...

simply trying to make a second account for a second mortgage, which is what I was told I had to do. I've been dealing with this for weeks and still have not been able to set up my second account so I can get my second mortgage paid for.

I was not happy my loan was transferred out of state. The calls I made were answered politely and answered my questions, your team was good to deal with though. I just forgot to ask about you paying my taxes...

You changed your process and didn't tell anyone nor provided a solution to continue using electronic payments from my bank

Tamara had excellent communication skills and was very friendly and patient which I appreciated after being hung up on by a prior customer service agent who was rude and unfriendly.

I have called before about the same issue. Bill Pay payments being credited to account much later than when funds are withdrawn from account. He was aware of issue and explained. Prevous service agents weren't able to explain situation.
