Nothing with Annette she was able to answer my questions. Overall experience with BSI had been a 2/10. Most are rude and unable to answer my questions. home insurance was double paid and constant issues getting anything resolved.

She was the most knowledgeable person I have spoken to at BSI, by far.

Mrs Riley was very good at reasoning my call she was very interesting in fixed the problem and very polite and respectful very professional I like her a lot if ihave to call with a problem again I would be happy to get her again we need more...

I don't recommend financial aid.

Your website didn't work and I had to make a payment. The man understood and was happy to help. However, that doesn't say much for your website to be down by reason of updating at 6:00 pm in the evening. That should be something that is done...

The Rep was knowledgeabl, patient and understood my request with no confusion or confrontation.

Takes to long to get to talk to a person and every time I call since my mortgage has been bought by this company your associates are rude and have 0 customers focus
