The agents and staff worked diligently to come up with a plan that would satisfy my goals. These included being able to replace my ancient HVAC system before it died. As well as retire some high interest loans.

The process has been expedient until the funds were due. I was told 3 days after closing. Today is Saturday and I still haven't received the cash out. I am working with a contractor and it is making my project off schedule.
