Our first time buying in the states, very different from where we have bought before. He walked us through the whole process.

Nelson and Ryan were great to work with. Proactive, great communicators, on top of the entire process, on time at every turn, on top of notifying of fluctuations in rates/market changes, and great advocates for me as a client.

Nelson and his team, specifically Ryan Coulson, were great to work with and on top of it every step of the way. My least favorite thing to have to do is stay on top of people for things, and I did not have to do that at all with his team here....
