Julie was very knowledgeable and able to compare multiple loan products quickly with me so I could assess the pros and cons. She was very responsive when my realtor and I were ready to move forward with making any offer.

it felt like too many people were involved so I wasn’t always sure who was contacting me or who I needed to contact .
