I want to mention beyond the overall great service I received I was disappointed with the first appraisal. It was inadequate at best and we almost were not offended the loan at worst.
Michelle was wonderful to communicate everything that was happening with my loan to me. She was very pleasant to deal with and would answer any questions that I had no matter how trivial they were. This was a very easy process. Thank you!
