The People. Friendly , understanding and happy to help customers.
We were greeted when we walked in the door ... with a big smile and hello by one of the tellers. Erica was very helpful during our CD purchase. We will definitely recommend CIBM Bank to others.
Peggy and the other staff could not have been more responsive and helpful. I am truly grateful for them holding my hand through the entire process. Peggy is so knowledgeable and had the answer for any question I asked.
Service is excellent. Stuff is very nice, friendly and professional.
