Customer service
My banker, Megan Ethridge, was very nice and thorough.
Tony always a great person to talk to and take care of business.
Lack of staffing in office - felt like I was imposing on person's time . He was apparently busy so, felt like I should have picked a different day. Unfortunately, I need to take care of my business.
Not my best day at your bank.
