Good experience
Lucy was fantastic with communication and made the process very smooth! The environment was welcoming with the staff greeting us as we walked in!

The consistency of employees like Melissa and Tony is amazing. They know the customers so there isn't a big explanation required each time a visit is required. They all have amazing knowledge of the more complicated aspects of banking.
