    Mandy was so kind and explained the steps throughout the whole process. I really liked the how user friendly the website was ti upload docs. The videos that explained the process were also great!

    Monica was able to make the whole process an easy, and pleasant experience. She was always available to answer any questions that I had. Overall she made the whole experience much less intimidating than I was originally anticipating.
