    I have closed with Allen twice and refinanced once in the last 14 years. Overall it was a pleasant experience and Allen was always quick to respond to emails and over all very punctual. Will will likely use him again if closing or refinancing...

    This is the second mortgage we have done with Allan and team. Both instances have gone off smoothly and without issue. The communication was great and responses to questions was answered quickly.
