Was pretty helpful during the whole process. Closed on time without any hiccups aside from my closing $ amount changing after I had already gotten my cashiers check for the original amount. Overall was a good experience.

Forced us to get mortgage points, by charging us with high amount. Would not explain clearly why charging us on this even though we had good credit scores and put good amount of down payment.
