Jacob was very good at communicating the progress of the loan process. He answered all our questions. This is our first home buying experience and Jacob made it very easy for us.

Everything was pretty fast and was able to get a pretty good rate.
Jacob is so patient in answering my question on time .
Jacob provided mortgage rate 1.5% higher than other lender. Builder provided $20,000 incentive towards closing. I would have to use almost all $20,000 incentives to buy points to match rate of other lender. I DO NOT SEE ANY BENEFIT OF $20,000...
