I am so happy that Karin was able to find a cash offer program for brother to obtain a VA mortgage. Cash offers are the ones sellers are accepting and that is how he was able to move forward. I am sensitive to agents discouraging the sellers...

Matt was always available when I needed to speak with him. He also is VERY knowledgeable and could not only answer my questions, but also make excellent suggestions. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a mortgage.

Derek went above and beyond. When the buyer had a hicup, he immediately jumped into action and was able to find a solution.

Andrew was fantastic! He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, explaining everything clearly and finding me a great rate. Highly recommend!
