Amazing person and wonderful loan officer.
The loan process is far too long. From start to finish was 5.5 months. Cut that in half and I would be very happy. We have a fairly quick turn around with BIA transfers, etc so I think it must be on the 1 Tribal end and not our end.

Grant does a great job for my company. However, the time from start to finish is far too long. I just completed 3 loans for the MHA and from start to finish was 5.5 months! That is far too long of a period to get funding.
