Jim was very engaging and informative. As a first time home buyer I was apprehensive in the beginning but Jim made the process of home purchasing pleasant and without surprise. Thank you Jim and 1st Tribal Lendin.
We knew we were buying a hoarder house. He didn't make us feel bad, or treat us worse for it. But he did explain some things that would need done for it to go through without issues. He was very helpful to us.
Jim was very friendly and was very prompt in all communication.
The responce time and the explaination for things that are needed was perfect. Never left us wondering what they meant by whatever it was that was needed.
The quickness of getting things together and the fast responses made things so easy and very smooth .
Everything was quick, easy to understand, pleasant, and polite. Truly a great experience as a first time home buyer!
