Easy to work with! Answered all my questions
AT the beginning of this long process, communication was a little difficult, however towards the end of this process communication was excellent. The only unpleasant part would be the appraiser but I think they were an outside contractor.

I think communication can definitely be improved. In the beginning of the process, I emailed once and called at least twice to get a preapproval, but the lack of response for at least 2-3 weeks led to us missing out on a house we were interested...
