I really liked the fact that Adam always replied in a timely fashion. When confused on the process, Adam would clear up any questions I had. He even met with me by phone on several occasions.

Angela was great and was easy to commubicate with. The stall was with the underwriters and took them longer to finalize the loan than I expected .
We should've taken the first time home owners class before we decided on a lender. Having no knowledge of how the precess worked, things could've been explained better and with more detail.
Everyone was great when it came to answering questions and communicating.
