VERY EASY TO WORK WITH
I feel like there could have been more communication. Sometimes I felt like I was being a bother when I was asking questions or, on 1 or 2 occasions, I had to email twice to get a response.
This was are second time using Mr. Schmidt. We did a home loan with him when we bought our house and just completed a refi this time. Very pleasant to work with and would differently refer him to others.
