It was efficient. Small issue with communication with underwriter caused the closing to be put off by 4 days but otherwise it went well.
Raquel, Kitti, Misa and the rest of the team stepped in to help out, making my experience seem less, even though I changed horses mid-stream. You guys have always been and continue to be top shelf! Great working with you again!

Communication was moderate and the appraisal process was the worst experience I have had in 9 years. I would strongly recommend the appraiser or the appraisal company that Nova utilizes as lenders be re-evaluated.
