Everyone that contacted us was friendly and very helpful with our questions. Communication was great. The process went very smoothly.
Individualized help to walk me through all the paper work that isn't familiar to me.
As questions came up they were emailed to Raquel or a NOVA representative and there was quick response with helpful information.
