This was one of the most difficult loans I've had and thank you for the trust that we would get it done. I always set clear expectations upfront. We did it!
Randall and team worked hard dealing with a problem created by another compan's software, holding up the process for a week. The end result was a bit different than expected but entirely satisfactor.
