Any time I emailed Ramme with a question or to find out status he was very prompt in getting back with me. Excellent customer service on his part.

There was very little communication by staff. I was asked numerous times for documents that had already been submitted.

I am a returning customer and Ramme just did my process with the same professional driver as he did the first one. Based on my rates, most probably i would not refinance again but if that happens, i would definitely call him again.

The process was so easy. Web site organized.

The refi took 5 months. Much too long. Don’t think he pushed it through enough. Only when I would call for an update things would move forward. I needed to call the title company to get things moving. I would expect he would have done this...

Ramme knows his mortgage refinance numbers and is able to explain information clearly. He sent a visual chart that was very helpful.

Rammee is why . He is very good at explaining options, breaking down the process, very pleasant and really made me feel at ease.
