The refinance was quick and easy. The whole thing took less than two weeks. Ramme was easy to talk to and answered all our questions thoroughly.

Rammewas knowledgeable of the monetary details, as well as the process order. He knew what had to be done, and where to go for help. My real trouble came with their morning reminders to check the loan progress, and it would always say there...

Ramme and his team were pateint through a potentially frustrating process. The federal rates went up while we were in process and he helpded lock my rate and save me money!

Settlement has been very confusing. I have multiple debits to my proceeds which are unexplained both as to their amount and their purpose.
