Ramme kept the process on track and me in the loop. questions got answered swiftly and other folks in the loan team were brought in to help when needed. things went swimmingly!

The refinance was quick and easy. The whole thing took less than two weeks. Ramme was easy to talk to and answered all our questions thoroughly.

On the day my funds were supposed to hit my account I had to spend all morning tracking down the payment.At this time both Conner McClure and Philip Hoang were missing in action and never replied to any of my messages to help with my issue....
