After initial contact with Ramme my experience with Amerisave was average to poor. A lot of things were missed on their end and failed to let me know until last minute. The process also took a very long time.

No one worked the file until 2 weeks after it was submitted to Ramme. Which only left 2 weeks until close. I tried to contact Ramme several times and there were many times his phone was not even accepting calls as if the line was disconnected....
