He seemed to only care about the facts he wanted you to know. He slacked on "getting answers". Once you sign the documents he loses touch with you. I wouldn't use him again.

Through the process of refinancing, there were many hands that this loan was passed off to. There was so many contacts, my wife and I were uneasy giving our info to another person that emailed us looking for a document or verification.
