Mr Abbas and his team were on the ball. Our loan could have closed in pretty much a week, had I not asked for more time on the appraisal. Despite that delay, they worked quickly and were able to save and extend my rate lock at no extra cost...

The closing got drawn out due to issues with the appraisal and underwriting. Instead of two months without a payment we have been squeezed down to just one. We also made additional payments on our loans because the closing kept getting pushed...
