we did not have an easy time with the sell side with getting answers or timely responses. She was on top of things and helped steamline things. Hopefully we made it seamless to the client.:)
Everything was explained in detail and made sure that we understood everything and when we had questions they were answered

Better communication or explanation on things that were not understood. Better time frame to have documents signed (we would be told to sign documents at 11pm when we were told around 7am we'd have documents soon to sign)
