Paula was very responsive, always positive, and "made it happen"! The only area that was not perfect was in the underwriting area, where there were a number of extra documents required at the last minute that made it somewhat stressful....

I didn't feel I really understood the process very well and when we asked questions at the closing we were just told the form, etc was required by the lender and we didn't have to sign anything. BUT if we didn't sign we would not get the loan....

This transactions closing date was moved out several times, though no fault of the lender. Paula and Linda were very patient and always there to answer questions promptly.

Ohio and Florida were wonderful places to live, but when I visited Hendersonville, I knew this was home! I moved here permanently in 2007 to enjoy year-round seasons, mountain scenery, and a great community of friendly people. My husband Chris and I live within walking distance of downtown and enjoy the variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment this historic "small city" has to offer.
We feel honored to volunteer with Hospice, celebrating lives well lived and meeting extended families. Our family grew this year as we welcomed our first grandchild, Winston, in June.
We love to travel and visit at least one new destination each year.
