Paula was never available by first phone call. Quoted me a rate earlier in the day to lock in, called later in day with higher rate, said she looked at it wrong!! She chose a hybrid closing for us without asking, said it would save time & signatures...

Everyone was very nice to deal with but I didn't feel like I was kept up to date. There were so many cooks in the kitchen that I didn't always know who to turn to. Some balls were dropped but nicely recovered.

About

Ohio and Florida were wonderful places to live, but when I visited Hendersonville, I knew this was home! I moved here permanently in 2007 to enjoy year-round seasons, mountain scenery, and a great community of friendly people. My husband Chris and I live within walking distance of downtown and enjoy the variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment this historic "small city" has to offer. We feel honored to volunteer with Hospice, celebrating lives well lived and meeting extended families. Our family grew this year as we welcomed our first grandchild, Winston, in June. We love to travel and visit at least one new destination each year.
