Paula is awesome!
Paula is fantastic! Very communicative, and keeps you in the loop. I'm always excited when I get to work with Paula as I know things will get done, and in a timely matter. Any hiccups, she right there to handle!
Communication with Paula was neither clear nor timely. The day the loan was supposed to fund, it did not and we did not find out until the next day (the scheduled close day) when the Escrow officer let us know they did not receive the funds....
