in the whole process explained everything very carefully very thoroughly. We had any questions. They answered them other than getting a cramp in my hand everything went really well.

Paula was great held our hand through each step. Tje The underwriting phase was a bit difficult in that they kept asking for more and more documentation, but she helped us get through it.
