Would take days to respond to me and my buyer and the title company and then have a remark that he is quick to respond. Disappeared for 2-3 weeks with no response, no voicemail set up, no vacation response. Called customer service to learn...

The people there are really friendly

Great communication and acted timely

The last two weeks prior to closing I believe Paul was on vacation as was Elise who was handling paperwork. Paul had no out of office on his email nor did it state who to contact in his absence. Fortunately Elise did.

Paul made the whole refinance process very easy as I had not done it before. He answered all my questions and was able to make the process very quick for me. What I thought might be complicated, he streamlined for me.

there was always a great chain of communication with Mr.Haynes. I was always able to get any questions that I had answered by him in a very timely manner. I did not have to deal with several different people that each had a different level...
