Well done Patty. You are the best.
I enjoyed working with Patty.
Very unprofessional. Caused us to have a 60 day escrow when we were promised a 30 day escrow. She lied to our realtor on multiple occasions. If you want a nice smooth transaction, go with ANYONE other than Patty Grissom at Guild Mortgage.
