    Mr. Pat was knowledgeable and assisted us with every aspect of the home buying process. He explained the mortgage rates, underwriting process, helped with insurance quotes, and ultimately got us to the closing table.

    Was disappointed regarding the advice towards locking in interest rates. Ended up with 7.3 when we were originally quoted 6.8. That’s a significant difference that has a substantial impact on our family.

    Hi Sean, I should have explained the volatility of the market more and how rates could change quickly in just a short time. The written loan fee worksheet quote was 7.00% given on 03-27-24. I'm sorry the final rate was not initial rate discussed....
