Processing time and simplicity of the the process
When getting a call from you the associates should have all info and not give you a number to call.
We should only have to deal with one person
You guys called me to offer the rate deduction. I couldn’t imagine why you would do that. I was told that it was to retain customers. Well, I’m sure planning on hanging around for a long time!
I was told i would be able to skip Oct. payment, and planned accordingly, but process was slower than expected and i had to pay Oct. Updates from client assistants were vague and not of much help.
Mr. Mungiole was very helpful and thorough with answering all my questions and followed through at all times of day. Great customer service!
Freedom people were very helpful.
