The ease and speed of the process.
You need to change title companies!!!! They are not responsive at all left many messages and never got a call from them very poor service at the Title co.
Repeated errors in paperwork caused multiple failed closing attempts, Aug-Dec. Too many people involved in a process that should have been very simple and quick; a simple rate reduction loan on a mortgage y'all have owned for 10 years or more....
