Very good support.
The loan agent was fantastic as was the closer. However, the person in between who worked on estimated closing was tough for both me and my closing team to work with; they often were lagging on key information.

Very informative. Made most of the stress non existent. Only issue was getting the power of attorney. I know Diane's part was minimal with it, but that was the most stressful part of the whole process.
