communication was difficult , the information that our mortgage was going to be sold couple times was not shared, and then when we wanted to speak about it there was not the level of responsiveness expected.
Danielle made the process as smooth as possible all along the way. She knew what to get ahead of early to make sure we had the right information and paperwork on hand for pre-qualification all the way through closing.
