John offered great advice and was seemingly available 24/7 if I needed anything such as preapproval letters when shopping for a home. He helped make a normally stressful process smooth and efficient.

We didnt feel that we were always on the same page. Some of this is definitely from us given our situation and how hectic it was, but things could have been better. Tom himself was very friendly and explained things out well.

Liz did a tremendous job through the process. It became less positive near the end with the hand off to the processor and closer. It was confusing on who was handling what and our processor was asking for documents that could have been handed...
